About TopSlash
TopSlash is a software-deal marketplace. Founders pay for a clearly labeled Paid Rank on a public board and may attach a genuine subscription deal; buyers claim limited-inventory discounts sold by the vendor through the vendor's own Stripe account. TopSlash sells advertising placement and verification; it is not the seller of any vendor software.
Who operates it
Operated by Envol, Inc.; founder: Tony. Reach us at /contact or on X at @TopsLashLol.
Laeli disclosure
The listing Laeli is operated by the marketplace founder and seeded at $1 with the label “Operated by the marketplace founder · Launch seed listing.”. The seed is a disclosed credit, not a Stripe payment: it is excluded from the revenue counter, shown on the Complete Bid History as “Launch seed”, and Laeli carries no marketplace deal.
How the board works
- Positions are ordered by cumulative confirmed paid total; ties keep the listing that reached the total first.
- First public claim of #1 is $2, then $5, then a $5 minimum increase. Returning founders pay only the difference.
- Checkout never reserves rank. Only a verified completed Stripe payment changes a total.
- Today and This Week count payments inside the Pacific-time period, not lifetime totals.
- Paid rank is advertising. It is independent from quality and from marketplace eligibility.
Public counters — exact definitions
Every number on the site is a query. There is no synthetic increment, no countdown without a server-side end time, and no “people viewing”.
- Unique visitors (approx., cookie-free)
- Distinct daily visitor hashes (sha256(daily_salt ‖ ip ‖ ua ‖ lang)) summed over days since launch; HyperLogLog ±0.8%. Page views are not visitors. (Redis HLL → counter_snapshots)
- Active now (approx.)
- Distinct visitor hashes with a page view in the last 5 minutes. (Redis)
- Confirmed platform ranking revenue
- Σ rank payments − Σ reversals: gross confirmed payments minus reversals, not net of Stripe fees or taxes. The Laeli seed credit is excluded. (Postgres)
- Highest cumulative rank total
- max(rank total) among published listings. (Postgres)
- Approved listings
- Count of listings with status published. (Postgres)
- Unique outbound clicks
